Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our super busy AskHR team. You'll have the opportunity to be involved in everything from HR queries, position management, parental leave etc to Recruitment duties to drafting and producing employment documents.

You'll have the responsibility for managing, coordinating and responding to the day-to-day transactional and generalist HR related requests our team receives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coordinate and respond to day-to-day HR related requests
  • Involved in HR queries, position management, parental leave etc
  • Drafting and producing employment documents
  • Recruitment duties
Required Skills and Qualifications

A confident verbal communication style with professional writing skills

A reputation as a self-starter with a positive demeanour, and the ability to work quickly and be flexible in responding to any situation

A proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

The ability to multitask a range of activities with impeccable attention to detail

Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
