About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR team as an Assistant HR Advisor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human resources matters, managing and coordinating day-to-day transactional and generalist HR requests, and developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide expert advice and guidance on human resources matters to employees and management teams
- To manage and coordinate the processing of employee queries and issues
- To assist with recruitment activities, including drafting employment documents and responding to email in-boxes
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- To work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess sound knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation. Previous exposure or an interest in HR/Recruitment would be advantageous, but not essential. You must have a confident verbal communication style, professional writing skills, and a reputation as a self-starter with a positive demeanour. High levels of emotional intelligence will come naturally to you, along with a warm personality and a people-centric approach.
