About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR team as an Assistant HR Advisor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human resources matters, managing and coordinating day-to-day transactional and generalist HR requests, and developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide expert advice and guidance on human resources matters to employees and management teams
  • To manage and coordinate the processing of employee queries and issues
  • To assist with recruitment activities, including drafting employment documents and responding to email in-boxes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess sound knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation. You must have a confident verbal communication style, professional writing skills, and a reputation as a self-starter with a positive demeanour.
