Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize behavioural change and design thinking strategies, approaches, and tools to shape thinking and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Mentor Senior Advisors with their work
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure work reflects the building system's priorities

Your Background: To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in leading the implementation of complex policy or technical projects with staff across different teams and disciplines. You will also require knowledge and experience of design thinking principles, solutions design, and operational policy. Additionally, you will need excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as experience managing contractual arrangements for out-sourced service provision.
