**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of service.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, focusing on recovery and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of service delivery and patient outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing, with a strong focus on clinical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to embracing Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and Kaupapa Maori approaches in your practice.
