Key Responsibilities:

">• Design and implement season draws for Senior, Age-Grade, and Junior grades in Tasman and Sub Unions.
• Allocate venues, fields, and timings for weekly matches across all grades.
• Collect and organize competition information, such as team entries and club days.
• Manage the online registration process for players, coaches, referees, and volunteers.
• Assist the Community Rugby Manager in understanding and implementing rules and regulations for competitions and provide support with match day operations, including club finals, sevens, representative fixtures, FPC, and NPC.
• Build connections and collaborate with schools and clubs to support and educate them in operational and administrative matters.
• Coordinate and complete accreditation for players and officials involved in NPC and FPC campaigns.
• Train and coordinate match day volunteers for NPC matches.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of relevant processes and procedures.
• Provide progress reports and information to the Manager throughout the year.">

What We're Looking For:

">We are seeking an individual who has experience in implementing systems, processes, and procedures, and is proficient in administration. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability. Additionally, you should have skills in presenting information to rugby school/club personnel in various situations, and be willing to take ownership and be held accountable.
