Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our manufacturing team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

This role involves coordinating between clients, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.

You will be responsible for managing the overall workflow, creating and analyzing reports, and liaising with clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate between clients, sales, and production teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery
  • Manage the overall workflow and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Create and analyze reports, including forecasting, cost analysis, and sales reports
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
