  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Coordinate production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage social media accounts and assist in developing engaging content.
    • Monitor and analyze online presence, track key metrics, and provide regular reports.
  • Pre-Screening Recruitment Activities:
    • Perform clinical trial pre-screening phone calls using IRB-approved scripts.
    • Database mining and chart review to match patients with potential appropriate trials.
    • Perform more in-depth pre-screening calls reviewing specific I/E, scheduling patients for in-person screens as appropriate.
  • Recruitment Team Oversight:
    • Management of up to 2 direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, training on performing clinical trial screening phone calls using IRB-approved scripts.
    • Create metrics to include measurable outcomes on lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Facilitate introduction of JEM physicians to area referring physicians to discuss clinical trial opportunities for area patients.
    • Facilitate outreach with local community to organize events promoting pre-screening for research.
