We have a significant presence in the country, with a portfolio of 2,400 towers covering Mangōnui to Bluff. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that Kiwis have access to reliable and efficient mobile services.

The Role

This role involves managing the site acquisition process from selection to completion. You will work closely with our internal subject matter experts and external consultants to ensure timely delivery of signed property agreements and planning consents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire site acquisition process, including lease negotiation and planning consent application
  • Negotiate with landowners and their solicitors
  • Work directly with deployment engineers, RF engineers, and design engineers
  • Prepare and update site status reports and databases

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in leases and negotiation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Property or Law, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in site acquisition management in the wireless telecommunications industry
  • Working knowledge of the Resource Management Act
  • Excellent computer/reporting skills and GIS spatial systems
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multi-task
