We are seeking an experienced Companion Animal Veterinarian to join our team at Totally Vets Limited.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be based out of our Feilding clinic, servicing the Manawatu area. You will participate in a Saturday roster, approximately 1 in 6-8 weeks, with no weeknight or weekend on-call responsibilities. As an experienced veterinarian, you will also have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts with attractive remuneration rates, operating within the regional after-hours weekend emergency service from our Feilding clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity for veterinarians with 3+ years of Companion Animal experience; recent graduates with enthusiasm and confidence will also be considered. Key attributes include:

  • Able to mentor and support new graduate veterinarians, with a willingness to grow into this role.
  • Commitment to client service, with a professional attitude.
  • Confidence to work independently in a busy Companion Animal practice.
  • Good time management and proven organisational skills.
  • Displays great interpersonal skills to build relationships.
