Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and Chartered Engineer to take on a leadership role within our team. As Infrastructure Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including earthworks, roading, sewerage, water supply, and stormwater projects in residential and commercial fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Procure and price jobs to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Requirements
  • A Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years' experience within the New Zealand Civil Engineering infrastructure environment.
  • Proven experience in job procurement and pricing.
  • Exceptional client and project management skills.
  • A desire to grow and develop people and business.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D or 12D.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and grow a team.
