The Role: Quality Lead

We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Quality Lead to oversee our New Zealand production and R&D facilities, ensuring the highest quality standards are met or exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality systems to futureproof manufacturing processes.
  • Foster a Quality Mindset and embed it within our company culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certifications preferred, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and regulatory standards.
  • Fundamental understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

About the Opportunity:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
