The IT Security Analyst Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the security and resilience of Power Co's IT and OT infrastructure. This position involves leading incident response efforts, implementing security measures, and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks.

As an IT Security Analyst Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Security Incident investigations and responses
  • Developing and implementing security policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance security posture
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to develop their skills

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security
  • Proven track record in incident response and security management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
