You'll play a crucial role in protecting Powerco's IT and OT infrastructure by:Curiously investigating and responding to Information Security events.Implementing, operating, monitoring, and assuring security systems and technical controls, or supporting others with expert guidance.Taking a technical leadership role in Security Incident investigation and response.Acting as a senior escalation point in a learning-focused, knowledge-sharing environment.Working closely with industry partners, technology vendors, and internal teams to ensure Powerco remains a cyber-resilient organisation.This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to shape and enhance the security of a critical service provider in New Zealand.
You'll be encouraged to continuously learn and mentor others, growing both your expertise and the team's collective capability.About YouYou're a curious and analytical professional with a passion for Information Security and a drive to protect systems and data.
