Painting Specialist

At Famous Properties Services, we're seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and sealing to ensure a perfect base for painting.
• Apply paints, varnishes, and stains to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Mix and prepare paints to match desired colors, combining pigments, oils, and additives for the perfect consistency.
• Safely set up scaffolding and ladders, and use drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint splatters.
• Hang wallpaper with precision, ensuring patterns align and edges are neatly trimmed.
• Maintain and clean all tools and equipment, ensuring a tidy work environment.
• Perform minor repairs, such as fixing windows and replacing glass in wooden and metal frames.
• Lay and repair wall and floor tiles as needed.
Requirements:
• At least three years of experience as a painting trades worker.
• In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Proficient in surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for high-quality work.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary - $29.66 to $31.61 Per hour
• Working Hours – 30 to 40 Hours per week
