Job Description

We are seeking a proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a Director of Personal & Leadership Development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a thriving business in the booming self-development industry while empowering others through innovative marketing strategies and comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly Zoom training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospects and generate leads through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct interviews using proven scripts to assess potential candidates and share detailed program information with qualified individuals.
  • Host online Q&A sessions and follow-ups with prospects to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Mentor and support new clients with comprehensive training to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional or business environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead virtual meetings (Zoom experience is a plus).
  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
