Dietetic Assistant Job Description

The successful candidate will join our HEF Team, working closely with Dietitians and other healthcare professionals to support the enteral feeding needs of our local community. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct reviews of Home Enterally Fed individuals, documenting findings and making recommendations for further action.
  2. Liaise with stakeholders, including Dietitians, service users, and families, to ensure effective coordination of care.
  3. Collaborate with other local Dietetic teams to facilitate smooth transitions of care when individuals move into or out of the area.
