Role Overview:This role is part of our Mental Health, Addictions, and Intellectual Disability Service, which covers a wide range of regions across the central North Island. The successful candidate will be based in Gisborne and will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to provide psychological assessments and interventions to young people in residential units.
About You:
- You will have a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, as well as experience working with youth in forensic and mental health settings.
- You will be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board, with Clinical Psychology as your Vocational Scope of Practice.
- You will hold a current annual practising certificate and full driver's license.
