Your Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing a centre marketing plan, overseeing key marketing campaigns, and managing stakeholder relationships. This includes coaching and leading a direct report, managing centre communications, and delivering an annual events program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a centre marketing plan, ensuring flawless execution of key marketing campaigns
  • Coach and lead a Marketing Executive direct report
  • Manage centre communications and content plans across owned, earned, and bought channels
  • Deliver an annual Centre events program
  • Assist retailer engagement through regular communication and promotional activities

About You
We're looking for a confident and passionate individual with tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business. You'll have hands-on marketing management experience, a proven track record of leading small teams, and excellent communication skills. You'll also be able to adapt to a dynamic environment and work effectively with internal teams.
