About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a 25-hour per week basis. As the Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, processing, and documenting invoices for payment
- Managing staff payroll, office bearer per diems, expenses, and honorarium payments
- Preparing end-of-month and end-of-year financial statements to audit standards
- Collaborating on the annual budget and business plan preparation
- Administering and managing accounts for associated entities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in preparing and administering accounts for small to medium-sized businesses or organisations
- Ability to work independently producing financial reports to audit standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computerised accounting systems
- High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and tactfully across diverse groups
- Experience working effectively under pressure, both independently and within a team environment
