About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a 25-hour per week basis. As the Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, processing, and documenting invoices for payment
  • Managing staff payroll, office bearer per diems, expenses, and honorarium payments
  • Preparing end-of-month and end-of-year financial statements to audit standards
  • Collaborating on the annual budget and business plan preparation
  • Administering and managing accounts for associated entities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in preparing and administering accounts for small to medium-sized businesses or organisations
  • Ability to work independently producing financial reports to audit standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computerised accounting systems
  • High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and tactfully across diverse groups
  • Experience working effectively under pressure, both independently and within a team environment
