**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Programme Manager to assist with day-to-day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery. The successful candidate will manage parent and school liaison, assist staff and team members, and provide excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with programme delivery, ensuring high-quality experiences for children
  • Manage parent and school liaison, building strong relationships and communicating effectively
  • Support staff and team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

**Requirements**

  • A strong passion for working with children and inspiring their confidence
  • Previous experience in childcare or education, with a focus on programme management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A valid NZ work/student visa or residency status
