We are seeking a Full-Time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile. As a member of our team, you will:

  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests
  • Work as a team to ensure exceptional service and dining experiences
  • Prepare various hot and cold drinks
  • Seating guests, taking orders, and delivering exceptional service
  • Preparation of the restaurant for service
  • Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
  • Settling guest accounts
  • Ensuring a positive resolution and follow-up with any guest complaints

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Some flexibility to work varied rosters (which may include early morning starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays)
  • Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards
  • Confident and timely table service
  • Passion for creating extraordinary cocktails
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests make the most of their day
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with good attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and grow your hospitality career
  • Experience in restaurant & bar service or customer-facing roles would be advantageous
  • Valid Right to Work in NZ
