About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Governance Administration professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Executive Administrator, you'll provide confidential administrative support to a Board and its Sub-Committees.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and distributing Board related papers, taking minutes, and following up actions required. You'll also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements of the Board's governance processes, managing diaries and emails, and handling logistics relating to meetings and events.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, and excellent writing skills. You'll also need to be highly organized, have great time management skills, and be able to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
