About the Role

This is a fixed-term position based at our Highbrook Precinct, looking for an immediate start, and is expected to finish at the end of 2025. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be highly adaptive and willing to apply your skills and contribute to a wide range of diverse needs.
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage and prioritise competing demands.
  • Engaged and dedicated to the opportunities of the vocational education reform, together with the commitments sought in the Charter for Te Pukenga, including Te Pae Tawhiti (Tiriti Excellence Framework).
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience.
  • Excellent MS Office Skills, in particular Office 365, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and get along well with others.
