**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, allied health)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of community health/disability service delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
