Job Description
We are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including financial administration, travel and accommodation bookings, and service provider contracts.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Xero accounting software and experience in overseeing office operations and contracts. You will also be proficient in Microsoft 365 and have the ability to prioritize workload and ensure that work of the greatest importance to the organization is undertaken with priority and to a high standard.
In this role, you will be responsible for operational and strategic support to the Secretary General, including liaising with the Executive Board as required. You will also be responsible for ensuring all IT systems are functioning correctly and that processes and systems are smooth and efficient to maintain a high level of delivery to stakeholders.
About the Team
You will be working as part of a small team, contributing to a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have had some experience in working in either the sports or not-for-profit sector.
