Job Description

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with Māori adults with enduring mental health issues and their whānau.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Māori people. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that care is delivered in a coordinated and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Māori individuals and their whānau to ensure that they receive the best possible care and support.
