A Little About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Host to join our team at the National Kiwi Hatchery. As a host, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience while learning about kiwi conservation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about conservation, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors from diverse backgrounds
  • Greet and welcome visitors, provide information about the hatchery and its operations
  • Engage with visitors, answer questions, and facilitate interactive experiences
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of conservation programs
