This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Head of Broker Partnerships Auckland. As a key member of our Distribution team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic engagement programs for our key broker partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key partner strategic engagement programs.
- Foster strong proactive relationships with key people within our partner network.
- Coordinate planning and execution of strategic meetings and events.
- Negotiate conference involvement and sponsorship.
- Ensure representation and participation in professional development programs.
- Develop and maintain strategies aligned with our growth targets.
- Implement quarterly reporting processes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require senior-level key account relationship management experience, existing relationships with our key insurance broker partners, and a deep understanding of the insurance market dynamics.
