About the role This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at Eclipse Insurance Brokers Limited as a full-time Broker Support.
Based in Hillsborough, Auckland, this role will provide crucial administrative and customer support to our team of insurance brokers.
You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring our brokers can focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What you'll be doing Provide administrative support to the insurance brokers, including preparing documents, managing client records, and assisting with policy renewals.
Handle incoming client enquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Assist with the processing of new business, policy changes, and claims.
Maintain accurate records and databases to support the brokers' work.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the broking team.
What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the business.
