**About the Role**
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Executive of Population Health Office's Development and Innovation (Planning and Development). The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations or planning, and excellent administrative and project coordination skills.
The role involves supporting the Manager in driving development and innovation across NHG Cares, including planning for capacity, capabilities and manpower development at the system level, and enabling innovation in services and programmes in both the primary care and community care settings.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Healthcare operations/planning experience advantageous.
- Strong administrative and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications.
- Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented.
