Sales Development Role London Remote

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Checkit plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new business and providing a consistent flow of high-quality sales appointments for our Enterprise Technology Partners.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established technology business with a significant addressable market and few true competitors across our product range. The earning potential is substantial, and you'll be part of a welcoming and friendly team.
About the Role- You will research and identify potential future customers for Checkit products and services, developing outreach campaign plans to contact them and generate interest.
- You will utilize structured sales techniques to cold contact prospective customers, understand their needs, pitch Checkit, and book well-qualified sales meetings for the team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- You will respond to inbound sales inquiries, qualify them to assess relevance, and convert realistic prospects into sales meetings for the team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- You will target Operations leaders in enterprise-level companies across key markets: Medical, Facilities Management, Food Retail, and Hospitality & Catering.
- You will achieve stretching KPIs around call volumes, social media engagement, customer contacts, meetings booked, and quality of leads generated.
- We're looking for an experienced SDR from within the SaaS or IoT sector, with a demonstrable record of success in securing high-quality, well-qualified meetings for Sales teams.
- Prior experience working in a predominantly remote environment is essential.
- Professionally trained in sales is an advantage.
- Incredible communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your workload.
- Highly coachable, able to retain training and apply it effectively in your day-to-day work.
- Highly driven, passionate, motivated, and energetic approach, with a strong work ethic.
- Focused, gritty, and determined, with the ability to keep going.
- Ability to be persistent and consistent in the face of rejection, never letting a no get you down.
- Glass half full character who looks on the bright side and sees learning opportunities in everything.
