About us
We are excited to be partnering with a market leader that continues to grow and outperform market expectations. With an appetite to set the industry benchmark around culture, they prioritize people as their number one asset. This role will provide you access to high-profile people from the business, finance and operations. The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality commercial reporting and analysis enabling the business to execute strategy.
About your new role:
- Oversee annual and month-end reporting, weekly and annual forecasting for the division nationally.
- Drive the budgeting and strategic planning process for the division.
- In conjunction with the Divisional CFO, monitor and direct the execution of the strategic plan.
- Provide strong finance support and business partnering to relevant General Managers across the company.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, with a focus on driving standardization in finance and administration processes and controls across the organization.
- Key participant in the senior leadership team of the wider finance organization and work closely with other divisional finance leads to drive consistency and process improvement across the wider organization.
- Review and provide finance input into capital proposals and any associated Board papers.
- Lead, direct and develop the Commercial Analysis team, including providing coaching and career development support.
About you:
- Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA).
- Experience leading a similar Commercial role working for another fast-paced large company (listed or multinational) working closely with Operations.
- You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background.
- Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time.
- Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.
