Main Responsibilities- Purchasing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive purchasing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and excellent quality.
- Issue Resolution and Compliance: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchasing, inventory management, and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations, including sourcing, logistics, and production planning.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field; minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred).
- Technical Skills: Experience with MRP systems (SAP); proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, effective communication at all organizational levels, self-motivation, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
