We're looking for an experienced Clerical Manager to join our Molecular Imaging and Theranostics team and oversee all front of house and administrative services across three sites including; our PET-CT centre located by Mercy Hospital in Epsom, and our sites in Milford and Takapuna.

Reporting to the Operations Manager of Molecular Imaging and Theranostics this is senior position requiring an inspiring people manager with the business skills and experience to lead our already high functioning team of Patient Care Coordinators, and to drive excellence in our clerical and administrative processes across our Molecular Imaging and Theranostics service.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
  1. Minimum of five years in a senior customer service role, preferably in a healthcare environment
  2. Team leadership & people management experience including performance management, staff development, change management, recruitment etc.
  3. Experience with COMRAD or other patient management software would be a major advantage
  4. Solid understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of imaging procedures
  5. Comprehensive experience with business processes including accounts, budgets, insurance claims, health & safety protocols
  6. Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail
  8. Confidence building and maintaining relationships at all organisational levels
