We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Kingsland and Symonds Street clinics. As a key member of our Care Team, you will contribute to delivering patient-centered, culturally safe, and holistic general practice care to our patients.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Central Clinical Team to provide a seamless, high-quality experience for our patients. They will also support our HCAs and Primary Care Nursing team, providing direction and delegation in the provision of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, health assessments, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, their whānau, and other healthcare providers.
  • Staying up-to-date with best practices, guidelines, and evidence-based research to ensure quality patient care.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in New Zealand.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine desire to work in primary care long-term and be part of a dynamic team.
