We're looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our close-knit team. You'll be responsible for leading our evening kitchen team and providing an outstanding culinary experience to our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and cook a la carte dishes for our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining
  • Assist with functions and events preparation
  • Work with Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef to design menus
  • Train and coach chefs and kitchen stewards
  • Work in a safe and clean environment in accordance with HACCP

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for cooking and presenting food to a high standard
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • 2+ years kitchen experience in a hotel, restaurant or café environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, days, weekends and public holidays
