Clinical Leadership
As a Clinical Supervisor at Advocates, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to the team. This includes developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the person served, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with other community providers and agencies to develop community resources.

Team Collaboration
You will work closely with the team to ensure that clinical services are being delivered and documented in accordance with Advocates' clinical philosophy and all licensing and regulatory bodies. You will also attend and actively participate in all supervisions and staff meetings.

Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field, and current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor, Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC I), Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) or Registered Occupational Therapist or on pathway to licensure and must obtain LPHA licensure within two years of employment. A minimum of one year of experience in a residential setting and with supervisory responsibilities is strongly preferred.

You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to contribute independently to and thrive within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are essential, as well as outstanding reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
