**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and coaching to our workforce, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve our mental health services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our mental health teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health services and outcomes
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in mental health and addiction medicine
- Experience in leadership and management roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of improving service delivery and patient outcomes
