About the Role
This permanent, full-time position involves working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm, based in Papatoetoe, Auckland. You will be part of a supportive team that advocates and supports people to be well and thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Advocating and supporting people to achieve their goals
  • Connecting them with resources that support their wellbeing and resilience
  • Fostering positive change for a more positive life

You
We are looking for someone who has a caring nature and works in a recovery and strengths-focused way. Ideally, you will have current first aid certification and hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or an equivalent qualification. Experience in mental health or a similar field is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of and commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi are essential.

The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact in their community.
