Requirements
This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in an upscale restaurant environment. A strong background in food and beverage management, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills, is essential. The successful candidate will possess a LCQ Certificate and wine knowledge, as well as a professional image and ability to establish rapport easily. The ability to train and develop staff is also highly desirable.
