We're looking for a **Food and Beverage Supervisor**, who is smart, considerate and passionate about delivering a fun and unique food and beverage offering We're a after fast-thinking, customer focused problem solver that takes pride in creating and delivering great customer experiences.

This is a rostered shift working mornings, evenings, and weekends. $25 to $26.50 per hours minimum 30 hours per week. You will be based at the Corner of Stanley and Sydney streets, Queenstown.

**What you'll do**

You've got a good eye for detail - our processes are super important in helping us deliver a consistent guest experience.

Being passionate about food and how it is presented you'll also prepare and operate the restaurant/bar for our daily breakfast offering, Conference and Events and/or evening drinks and dinner service.

You'll direct Food and Beverga eattendants to ensure the sequence of service is maintain and guest expectations met.

You'll be passionate about training and developing new and current the Food & Bevergae colleagues.

You'll assist with stocktake and ordering when directed by the Manager.

You'll be a brilliant communicator dealing with a variety of people, so you’ll be adaptable, consistent, clear, and concise.

You'll be responsible for service of alcohol in some shifts and as required by operations.

**What you'll bring**

Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a Food & Beverage position in a hotel environment.

Previous Barista experience preferred

Professional and personable, with a "role up the sleeves", can do attitude

You make calm, collected decisions - even when the clock is ticking

You must meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in New Zealand.
