Emergency Care Specialist

We have two Nurse Practitioner positions available in our Emergency Department, working independently and collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team on the Wellington Regional Hospital campus. This advanced nursing role improves access to assessment and coordinated intervention for patients with a wide range of illnesses or injuries.
Job Responsibilities:This role requires a flexible approach, to seek medical colleagues' input when required, while working independently and collaboratively to enable effective and efficient care management. As a clinical leader, you will manage the ED area for minor injury and illness patient presentations while supporting colleagues' education.
