A Day in the Life

This role offers a dynamic and varied work environment, with opportunities to develop new skills and take on new challenges. You will work closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager and the wider team to deliver high-quality results and achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate content across faculty and university-owned channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including coordinating logistics and scheduling.
  • Coordinate faculty collateral such as e-screens, decals, print materials, and promotional items, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Support the faculty graphic designer with print and digital design work, as well as ad hoc design requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and cultures.
  • You are skilled at managing and prioritizing the needs of multiple stakeholders, with strong planning and coordination skills to juggle multiple priorities.
  • You are proactive, energetic, and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
