  • Coordinating and maintaining the annual social media content calendar
  • Assisting with day-to-day management of social media channels using a social media management tool
  • Developing effective relationships with faculties, service divisions, and student content creators to support a customer-focused approach
  • Proactively proposing new ideas for organic social media content to amplify marketing campaigns and events
