As a Case Manager, your primary responsibility will be to monitor the service delivery process to ensure timely Radiologist studies.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with radiologists to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
  • Ensuring that all cases are properly documented and tracked
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and referring physicians

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
