Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to lead our documentation process and oversee architectural detailing for resource and building consent applications. The successful candidate will have expertise in weather-tightness and fire-rating detailing, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising internally and communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Leading the documentation process and checking junior technicians' work
  • Overseeing architectural documentation and detailing for resource and building consent applications

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 15-20 years of technical experience in New Zealand architecture
  • Commercial and apartment project exposure
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Expertise in weather-tightness and fire-rating detailing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
