We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the development of large-scale cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our engineering organization, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex software projects, experience with cloud-native technologies, and excellent leadership skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and ensure seamless collaboration between developers, SREs, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of DevOps engineers in designing, building, and operating cloud-based systems
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to design, implement, and deploy cloud-native applications
  3. Mentorship: Mentor engineers to improve their skills and knowledge in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration
  4. Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code deployments
  5. Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures
  6. Security: Promote best practices in security, compliance, and data governance
  7. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in cloud computing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading DevOps teams, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and automation
  • Excellent understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding engineers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, SRE, and product management
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
