As the Team Leader Integration & DevOps, you'll lead a team responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of line-of-business applications and the implementation of DevOps practices. Your work will enhance operational efficiency, improve system reliability, and align to our digital business objectives.

- Implement and maintain integration frameworks to support business applications

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to enhance deployment efficiency
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships to support integration and DevOps services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with digital and IT strategies
- Promote best practices in software integration, automation, and security
This role is critical in ensuring the resilience and scalability of our digital infrastructure, supporting the needs of our organisation and community.
You are a strategic leader with a strong background in integration and DevOps, ready to inspire and guide a high-performing team. Your experience in software integration, automation, and continuous deployment enables you to drive efficiencies and best practices across the organisation. You'll be qualified with a bachelor's degree specialising in Computer Science or Engineering.

- Proven leadership experience in an IT environment
- A strong background in integration technologies and DevOps methodologies
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in managing software integrations and automation frameworks

Salary- The indicative salary range for the role is $101,839 to $125,801 per annum based on skills and experience. The specific salary will be discussed at interview stage.
