Job Description

The Team Lead – Neutron Avionics Hardware will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of avionics products from requirements capture to production readiness. This includes schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, development testing, design release, bring-up, and production handover. The successful candidate will oversee the review and release of schematics and PCB designs, as well as lead, develop, plan, and/or execute development and qualification test campaigns for avionics components.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years relevant industry experience
  • High proficiency in at least two of the following electronics domains: analog; high-speed digital; power electronics
  • High proficiency in engineering design tools, including circuit simulation and analysis
