Job Description

The Team Lead – Neutron Avionics Hardware will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of avionics products for the Neutron launch vehicle, from concept through to production readiness. This includes schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, development testing, design release, bring-up, and production handover.

This role requires high proficiency in electronics domains such as analog, high-speed digital, and power electronics, as well as experience with engineering design tools like circuit simulation and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years relevant industry experience
  • High proficiency in at least two of the following electronics domains: analog, high-speed digital, power electronics
  • Experience designing hardware from concept through production
